I got my book today (I thought it was supposed to be tomorrow). Somewhere in the three years I've been waiting for this one, Laurell K. Hamilton decided to nix the trilogy idea, and make it a full blown series. I was unaware of this. I'd worked myself all up to finally find out the ending in this book, and I don't get that. However... I was going to be VERY sad when it was over. Now it won't be over... but I have to wait for the next installments...

I also think I'm in love with one of the characters. And it's male, that's the shocker.

I signed up for Netflix on Saturday, sick and tired of Blockbuster late fees, and not being able to find the movies I wanted. They don't ship on weekends, so they sent them yesterday. I got them today. Requiem for a Dream, Cabaret, and Hedwig and the Angry Inch. I watched the first one, and... wow. Just, wow.

I also woke up in time for school today. Is the world coming to an end? It seems so. I tried to work out watching all three movies at once, reading the book, playing Zeus/Posiedon on my computer, and listening to the gorgeous Requiem for a Dream soundtrack I also purchased... but for some reason, I couldn't make it all work.
