Hiya.
Maybe you've noticed me being more active on the boards, and in my groups, even the chat room late at night! Well, I have a lot of free time. And unfortunately that's about to change, because classes start soon. My room STILL is not done being rearranged... remember, we took everything out and started over. The desk area will be complete, though, once I get my poster of The Endless hung, and my Venetian masks on the wall next to Bjork. Good times.
So I made the decision to buy another console game last night. I just couldn't help it, they made one about something I love so dearly... and so, many hours of my life have already gone into Spawn: Armageddon. I reframed my Angela poster today, so it looks much nicer, and it's getting a place of honor on my wall for being, well, Angela. There's just not a lot better than hacking demons and angels alike, with my glorious axe, Agony -- the physical manifestation of my tortured soul, who tends to strangely suck in the blood of my enemies - until they are nothing more than a crimson pool behind me. Ahhh.
Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister... well, it wasn't great. It was good, sure. This all reminds me of a story I read in early high school about Prince Charming, and his awful luck with keeping a princess. His Cinderella prefers her animal friends, whom she fills the castle with, over her prince; he finds his Snow White sleeping with the seven dwarves -- all at once; and his Sleeping Beauty takes from her lifelong fear of needles quite the cutting fetish, especially in bed. He finally gives up, and stays in his castle alone for so long that he is thought to be a beast of some kind; that is, until he meets a Belle seemingly with no unusual qualities. I've started Mirror, Mirror, and can't say that I'm happy with it so far. But I'll stick it out for Maguire.
I may well be Elphaba next Halloween.
And I just added a trio of lighting pictures that I took while I was bored last night.
