No more job! Whee!
My coworkers got me a cake, some balloons, and all signed a silly card for me. Awww. They chipped in, too (even the bitchy girl I've always ahted, and vice versa), to buy a really nice bird toy for Danny. It amazes me to see that they all understand that such a gift would mean more to me than anything I could have gotten for myself. But that's kind of the point.
Especially since the best part of my two years there was handfeeding baby Danny (at two months old!), and eventually taking him home. He's the light of my life. I'm going to miss being the pet store girl, a little.
