I posted a couple of Thanksgiving pictures you won't want to miss. My family is all in New Mexico, but I enjoyed the meal with my birds much more than I would have with my parents and siblings. All my friends felt sorry for me; I was invited to about ten Thanksgivings, but they didn't get that I told my family I didn't want to go back to New Mexico with them for the holiday. I chose to be here myself, and I'm quite happy with it.
Plus, I'm going out to New Mexico over Christmas. I've been there millions of times before. I was born there. It's not an ideal vacation.
But anyway. I now own THE coolest watch in the world. ewatchfactory.com and Pets Mart teamed up to sell watches with pictures of your own pet on them. You get to design EVERYTHING about the watch: the style, the color of everything, the kind of hour markers, the hands, the picture, the picture the way it's displayed, and even engraving on the back.
So now I have a watch with my baby on it!
Under the picture on the front it says "Danny," and I had engraved on the back a Boingo quote, "I find the comfort that I seek." Awwwwww. Maybe I'll take a picture later.
Perhaps I'm not cut out for SG. I found recently that I was disillusioned about the site, the idea of it, and perhaps thought it meant more than I suppose it does. If I could talk myself out of loving the site, I'd leave, but that's highly doubtful.
I just enjoyed a mini-vacation gift from my boss, four days off in a row. Ahhh. Monday seems SO long ago.

Wow! those watches sound great!... I stayed alone for Thanksgiving too 
... had dinner with my doggies, my turtle, and my birdie and was more happy.... I understand what you feel about SG that is why i don't log in as often as i used to.. but oh well I am still here for some reason.... and thankyou for that comment you posted the other day It really made me feel special!
