The problem with uneducated policemen is that an armed force of arrogant illiterate people with legal authority is created, and power abuse tends to appear often.
Yesterday I had a gun pointed at my face for no reason while I was having and asthma attack. Obviously it turned into a serious panic attack, thank all the gods one of my best friends is a doctor. Damn asshole, he belongs in jail.
