I am going to do something today that I've never done before. I'm going to tell somebody, to their face, that I don't want to be their friend anymore. They suck.

Linz this should please you, I think you know of whom I speak. tongue

mistercash:

linz:

Big wet snow the day I left
didn't stick around, like me I guess
Half a tank of gas, money well spent
Mississippi was a frozen wreck

I'm still in love with you,
I'll be going south, I'm going crazy

I'm just a girl in a car... leavin'.

Oh, duh.. you told me about that.

Of course I had a lot of fun last night, I had a great time.. well worth the loss of sleep and the zombie-like feeling I presently have. =)

My dad called today and offered to pay for me to see a psychiatrist. Frankly, I'm going to take him up on it. I'm not ashamed to say that I've got problems that need some work, maybe a prescription.

I've been acting self-destructively lately, and my dad can see me sortof taking the first tentative steps on the path that led him to be in...

Good! I'm so proud of you. It's hard to admit when you need help. At least, it was for me. I am so happy that I sought help though, I'm so much better than I have ever been! Good Luck Honey!
hellkitten:
Is this when I call him up and say I'm his long, lost daughter and I need him to pay for MY therapy, too?
,o)

Why couldn't my birthstone be cubic zirconium?

Oh, and I love silver. Gold sucks.
pyronautica:
I totally agree. To me, gold is so dirty looking.
My birthstone is turqouise zirconia, but I like garnets.
linz:
someone already did that joke. look on page one of my journal. hehe. wink

Y'know, it just hit me. Why are there no jews in Oklahoma?
chipotle:

Working the graveyard, sucks.

On the plus side, I did read a sizable chunk (about half) of "The Silmarillion", waged war against the Galactic Empire (Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds), danced to some badass tunes, smoked a lot of cigarettes, and got paid for it.

Can I have your job? :p

I don't know why I'm complaining.. hell, I write my screenplay and play dominoes when I'm at work. We just don't have real computers..
pyronautica:
Working IN the graveyard, or ON graveyard.

I worked graveyard all summer. I didn't mind it. It kept me from getting sunburned! smile

I. Miss. Linz.

A lot.

Y'know, you can say a lot of bullshit when people leave, stuff that nobody believes, but I can honestly say that no matter how many badass people I meet, no matter how many awesome girls I fall in love with, there's never gonna be another her.

chipotle:
"there's never gonna be another her."
that's the understatement of the decade.

I'm very happy with the way the interview turned out. I was of course super nervous, because I love Sleater-Kinney, but Carrie was very nice. I'm sure my nervousness was a little annoying -- I just hope I wasn't like, breathing heavy or something!

Thanks for all the compliments, I'd probably read every interview Carrie ever did, and so I wanted to make sure mine...
