I have this super awesome rice pack thing that also has lavender in it and I heat it up in the microwave and snuggle up with it. Its always the cure to a bad day (especially cold ones) it puts me right to a peaceful sleep. It also helps to wrap it around my waist for those times I get cramps. But yes, Chamomile and lavender both rock.
