Hayfever: seriously, Beconase nasal is good, but I use it in addition to Zirtek. The two combined for me have made the last three summers (since I discovered the recipe ) pretty much problem free. Certainly nothing like the bleeding eyelids/swollen glands/ streaming tears I remember with such fondness from way back when

Hope you have a result with the above. If not then yeah, see if your doc can prescribe something stronger. To be honest, tho, I went down that route when I was a kid and in spite of adult doses and direct injections which left my arm numb for 24 hours afterwards, I still suffered big style. I honestly think, illogical as it may sound, that wearing contact lenses has made the biggest difference.
