so i have an idea as to what has caused the horrible rash that appears on the back of my neck every so often: i think im actually Allergic To My Job.

no jokes man, it only seems to flare up as soon as i walk into that god forsaken place
what a great reason to hand yr notice in and go on the dole though eh...?

anyways, yesterday i went to investigate the strange sounds coming from the end of our new neighbours garden, and what did i find?

thats right....FIVE chickens.
not just little eye laying chickens mind...im talking ROOSTERS.
great.
the new neighbours have roosters.

last night i saw the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and they were pretty bloody fantastic- the audience were a complete bunch of arty wannabee wankers but i managed to ignore that once YYYs came onstage....it was really great to see a band with basically only 2 instruments- drums and guitar- make SUCH a great noise. i think Art Star was my favourite track of the night just for its sheer scary, mic-in-the-mouth style screamingness from Karen 0.
does anyone out there happen to have a setlist of hat they played?
cos theres a couple of songs i didnt know but really liked.

anywho- i got a date with the night!
