Here is a veggie treat from my vault because you rock harder than should be allowed
Easy :
Baguette (French crusty) sliced in half and sliced down the middle.
Filling Humus (preferably homemade, but fresh will do.) , Avocado slices, bean sprouts, heirloom tomato slices (can sub beefsteak if out of season), and your choice of greens (romaine works great).
Condiment: pesto mayonnaise (can supply recipe if you are neo-helpless in the kitchen)
Extra credit: Roast garlic and smear it on the humus side of the baguette before beginning, and squirt of lime upon assembly
Now if you eat this and experience ecstasy I need to be added to your friends list
