For those of you who have been checking back regularly to check on me, I thank you.

I'm not to keen on leaving depressing journals all the time, so I thought I would post some positive things....

My 30th b-day is coming up soon. I've requested bird feeders and bird houses as gifts from family.
I love the birdies more & more everyday...

This is a Carolina Wren...


And this is a Red Bellied Woodpecker....


I'm starting to think birds know when your going to take a picture of them, they'll sit still just long enough for you to focus, but not for you to push the button.

Is 30 to old to shoot another set? I hope not, because I'm really trying to set up a date with LizardAM, I'd LOVE to see what comes from such a meeting.


now I'm going to get myself some food for the soul.... a cinnamon bun.
