opinions needed:
We moved into our new house in Dec., and it came complete with two outside cats. Boots and Hobo. Theyre both extremly friendly. However Hobo is fixed but Boots is not. And boots sprays EVERYWHERE. He pees all over my porch, at the front door, on my clay pots and I even caught him spraying ON MY CAR! I called a whole shit load of #'s to get him fixed. They do have low cost fixings, but they ALL have a catch... he has to have his shots paper work, but hes not my cat so I dont have it. They wont fix him unless I get him the shots first, and those are way more then I can afford. So in the mean time I smell cat pee everytime I come in my house.
Should I just take him to the SPCA and hope he gets adopted,
OR let him go around knocking up all the nieghbors cats?

you'll probably have to call around or look online.
if not, i'd bring him to a shelter or try and find him a good home to go to.
