I saw the movie few years ago and I loved it. Dunno, why I didn't read it earlier and really sorry about it, buuuut I finished book now! and I fell in love 😍
The Book Thief centers on the life of Liesel Meminger, a ten-year-old girl living in Germany during World War II. Liesel's experiences are narrated by Death, who describes both the beauty and destruction of life in this era.
No spoilers! Just read this sad and heartwarming story, if you never saw the movie.
