Hannibal is one of my favorite series! Check out Penny Dreadful.. I guarantee you will love it xD

I second Penny Dreadful and Sense8 if you haven't seen them yet! Penny employs a different horror genre than Hannibal but implements a similar rawness (though not as extreme) that darkens its gothic atmosphere. (It also happens to have an amazing cast). Sense8 is about 8 people across the world who discover they share a psychic connection that allows them to share experiences and emotions, or take over each others bodies. In fact it builds up stylization that mirrors Hannibal's cinematographic take on conjoining experiences (Will's visions, the season 2 sex scene) to breathlessly merge characters across continents.
