Well I have nothing happening in my life so this whole journal thing just seems useless.
Still addicted to City of Heroes, and finding myself having superhero dreams nearly every night. That is effed up!
Gotta get out of the house, the kids are totally stir crazy. I hate the summer heat here in Raleigh. Makes it impossible to breath.
Oh and last night I made some totally yummy Potato, Broccoli and Cheese soup. I lead such and exciting life.
Easy Soup
Get one of those bags of Creamy Potato Soup at the Grocery Store.
Follow the directions to make it but also add a couple cups of chopped broccoli. Florets and another couple cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and cook for an hour or so or crock pot it.
Totally easy and totally yummy and no one knows it isn't totally homemade. (Added powdered mashed Potatoes to thicken, this is a great secret for any cream soup.) You can also add a can of diced potatoes if you want nice big tatter chunks.
There.... easy and very yummy.

i never thought about combining the two!
im doing much better now, i think knowing finally whats wrong with me and why i havent been feeling well has helped
and i have been shopping a lot (on ebay) and that makes me feel better too

Thanks for the compliment on my set. It's nice to see that people still notice it even though it was put up almost a year ago. I really do need to get around to doing another set.
