Sorry as per usual, it's been a while as I'm net-less at the mo. My favourite news at the moment is that I'm doing the Race for Life. That's a cancer charity event where I have to run/walk 5k. Hopefully making some money for the charity as I go. It's in 4 weeks and I'm gonna have a pretty intense training period, The training plan they give you is for 6weeks, so I'm already 2weeks behind. feel free to sponsor me.
