tahoe.

*sighs*
i don't want to leave
this weekend was the ultimate escape.
i mean weekends have been nice
since i stopped working my second job
but its not the same.
it's just nice to be away
from everything and everyone
and just totally chill out.

we got up here hella late on friday night/saturday morning
and then stayed up until like 3:30am
slept in a bit
got ready
then headed into old downtown truckee
and had breakfast/lunch at diner
then we went and parked somewhere
and walked around to all the shops
lindsay bought some clothes
which she needed to do
the only thing we didnt find were jeans.
i bought a game called "goth"
its a trivia game
i couldn't resist lol.

then we went over to the outlets real quick
to see if we could find jeans
no luck
but i did find some awesome slacks for lindsay
then we went over to starbucks
and got our caffiene fix
after that we walked over to the bookstore
we both got a few things there.
i picked up this cool book called "superhotsex"
so its been good reading so far.

then we drove over to tahoe
hit up a boarding shop there
and i picked up a christmas present for my little sister
then we drove all the way around lake tahoe.
its awesome
when you cross over into nevada
its all bright and glitzy
then it fades away fast
and as you cross back into california
same story lol.

once that was done we went over to the store
to pick up stuff for dinner
then came back to the condo
and unloaded all our stuff from the day
and i started making dinner....
...chicken stir fry.
it was soooooooo good.
i was so full i couldn't eat all of my dinner.
and wow did i drink a lot.
we had corona while we were making dinner
and then i had like 6 mudslides
a shot of rum
two more coronas

stayed up until like 4 something am
and then i just couldn't keep my eyes open anymore lol
but this morning is great.
no hangover!
