Today I made Apple pie cookies.

I absolutely love baking it's so much fun!



Don't they look soooo good?!

I find it so easy to wait around for goods to bake. I have such a beautiful kitchen and a lovely view. I love being in it.



I really need to get more things for my kitchen though, little things like a pealer would have really helped, and a grater and a spice rack full of spices!

What you said meant a lot to me. Old blog or no, it still made me feel a lot better. Things have been improving but still have a ways to go before I feel like I'm where I want to be. But class was a lot better last week and I did get people interested in talking to me. It was great. smile

Oh and I inspired pastry of the week! biggrin
