Taking off today to take schiavona to the doctor. He's holding up okay, but feels pretty miserable. And, yes, I do feel guilty eating in front of him.
In other news, I'm having a case of "keeping up with the Joneses". We moved offices not last weekend, but the weekend before that and because of the Denver trip, it took me until Friday to unpack more than a couple of boxes. Meanwhile, my next door neighbor has turned her office into a middle eastern tea house a la casablanca style. Seriously, it looks like a page out of a Pier 1 catelog with curtains and pillows and everything. It even smells nice, and, yes, she does have tea. It's turned into a tourist site with everyone stopping by to look and say, "So-and-so said I had to come see your office!" And then they come to my office and make a crack about the contrast.
Luckily, I like this person--heck, she's on my team--and I told her that she needed a new show on the Style channel. After thinking about a couple of names like "Trading Offices", "While you were out at a meeting", etc., we settled on "Pimp my Cube". Hopefully, coming soon to a TV near you.
Also trying to get a bunch of pottery done, which is not going too badly. Bisque fired Sunday night and I think I've got all the new glazes mixed up, so we'll see how it goes.

I am totally not a gambler but it is still worth going to see the sights!!! I could stand in front of the Bellagio all day and watch the fountains
Also - a MUST!!!! You MUST see at least one Cirque Du Soleil show.....I reccomend either "O" or "Mystere". Absolutely breath taking!
