There is a great 24/7 cafe/diner/breakfast joint in Salt lake City. It is called Blue Moon and is right near the Salt Palace -- the place where they have conventions and yes the name sounds weird once I think about it..no, there's no mountain of salt there. I had a vegetarian burrito with pancakes and sat on the patio.
Go there after a two hour session of yoga from Peter at SOMA studios. Yeah, I was leary of having a dude position my feet and stuff, but it wasn't that painful. I learned more about myself in two hours than I have in the last year.
Blue Kat's Cafe was my last favorite late night place until they turned all coprporate and fired my friend.
