I am baking 2 cakes for my co-worker's last day tomorrow. Both are going to be 2 layer. One is a red velvet cake with cream chesse frosting. The other is a marble cake with milk chocolate frosting. I hope they turn out; this is my first time making a double layer cake. I'll show you all later if they come out. 
Other news...I have a terrible headache that's lasted all day. I'm so nauseated from it.

I did make a small cake for myself and my roommates to munch on. After the first cake I realized that the bottom needs to go up after cutting the tops off. That's why the second cake looks smoother on top (probably can't tell in the pics).
It's 1:30am now and I'm off to bed. I know this cake thing is boring everyone, but this is my excitement for the day.
