Short version. Get your flu vaccines (because that sucker is all over the place), Wear condoms (because we know about all kinds of STD's, including HIV, that you're at a much higher risk for than Ebola. Don't travel to Africa, if you can avoid it. There are plenty of people everywhere in the world that need help, please don't actively make yourself a problem waiting to happen. Quit believing everything you read on the internet because, well, let's face it...it's the internet. If you ARE going to start worrying about viruses and the like, use this moment to focus on some of the ones that are running rampant, and that you can actually defend yourself from. Quit freaking out. It's not productive. It's also annoying.
