I have yet to hear from the Seattle Public Library on whether I got the systems analyst job or not. This is not surprising, since SPL is notorious for making thier canadiates wait, along with the fact that they busy moving their principal staff into The most technologically sophisticated library facility on the planet., but either way it's a bit fustrating. I have a colleague who applied for a similar job and she is also in the dark. Either way, I really hope I get the news soon, before my grant money finally runs out and I am forced to find another god aweful coding job to make rent.
Tangently, I noticed that all my friends, equally guys and girls, all beautiful people (*smooch*) are single, and keep on wining to me on why they are still single. One day, I'm going to suggest that we all inter-fuck like the characters on "Friends". That way, I can be Chandler.
