So, I just go and get what? one of those mini hard drive things and plug it in, then hit the "back up" I have a 120g iPod. (not that I have that much music on it) and if I do back it up that way, will it keep my play lists intact? Because that's the biggest pain in the butt about all this.

The floor in my kitchen is all out of whack. I have had enough stress with this already. I don't want to call other installers. And this one comes recommended from my mom. Yes, I could get someone cheaper, but I wouldn't know how good they were.
