Today is looking beautiful. And it's my day off!!!
Hmmm... what to do?
The ground is covered like Frosted Flakes... it's freezing... but the sun is shining, the sky is blue, and the clouds are nowhere in sight! I'm thinking I might wander around with my camera. Maybe have a little show and tell for you later.
I'm in the midst of planning a vacation. March 10th-20th. It's amazing how far you can stretch out five free days of pay. I'm glad my manager has a brain, otherwise I would've just requested the regular old seven days off. Instead I get ten.
Eric's birthday is on the 12th, so I'm going to hang out with him for four days... and then take off somewhere for the rest. Right now the plan is California with my sisters. Hopefully they both can go, but at this point, I'll settle for just one of them... otherwise I'm doomed to go by myself!
I need a vacation so bad. 100% true blue relaxation. Sitting around, doing nothing of importance. Not having to deal with other people's shit. And missing my husband. We've never been given the opportunity to miss eachother. I can imagine some crazy assed lovin' when we get to see eachother again after seven days apart.
Ooooh... I can't wait!
Oh, and for anyone who lives near a Six Flags theme park, I found a great deal at Six Flags. You can buy a season pass for the amount of a one day entry. What a steal! Not only that, but it's good at most all of their parks, and you get a coupon book with a free admission for a friend, among other things. I am soooo buying this. I'll go to Wild Waves every damn day this summer! Too bad I don't live closer to one of the real parks, because that would be awesome.
