having this insomnia sucks. yesterday i was up at 3:30, today it was 2:30. i'm not liking it at all. yes, there's a lot on my mind and yes, it is turning into extremely restless nights and restless mornings. my mind just won't shut off.
i literally feel just sick to my stomach...all the time. i haven't really eaten much the last 2 days. my nerves tend to get the best of me. i'm trying very hard, for quincy's sake, but just can't do it. i wish i could get my thoughts to stop swirling around so much.
and to top it off, my dermal anchors are infected
thank goodness i work for a dermatologist and was able to get some prescription ointments.
there's just so much going on right now...
