Funny, because you're about the third or fourth person I've run into of late that took up exercise because they've felt like crap. I started running regularly about 3 months ago after I was laid off from my job and had plenty of time.
Even if you've got a medical condition as well, it's incredible what moving your body does for you. I've hated exercise my whole life but the stuff really works.
Incidentally, it's seems you and I feel the same way about cats. Good in theory, not always good in practice. On that note, I give you this: Natalie Dee.

Someday we're going to run our own country (I prefer taking over France and renaming it). That phrase will be on the flag and all the currency. Don't tell anyone (I occasionally get asked about it from random ppl I don't know, and I don't tell them), but it means "I hate everyone"
