Funny, because you're about the third or fourth person I've run into of late that took up exercise because they've felt like crap. I started running regularly about 3 months ago after I was laid off from my job and had plenty of time.
Even if you've got a medical condition as well, it's incredible what moving your body does for you. I've hated exercise my whole life but the stuff really works.
Incidentally, it's seems you and I feel the same way about cats. Good in theory, not always good in practice. On that note, I give you this: Natalie Dee.
