Rhythm and Blues at the PA Ballet - - - I don't know quite how to tell you folks this but my name is June and I am a recovered ballet junkie (Hi June). When I was younger I was so enamoured with the PA Ballet that I followed the lives of the principle dancers in the same way I made it my job to know which was Shaun Cassidy's favorite sweater (it's true - i did see shaun cassidy in concert when i was 8 years old - this fact - for reasons that evade me - does not bring me shame). In any case - one of my favorite dancers from days of old is now the Ballet Master and his interpretation of rhythm and blues in the form of ballerinas pirouetting is just the kick in the arse this balletophile needs...is all i'm saying.
Bring on Monday dammit.
