Wednesday has come and gone, but not after enjoying a little Dropkick Murphys at the ol' HoB and seeing some familiar faces. Good times.

Today was day 4 of the new territory. I gotta tell ya, it's pretty darned exciting. As expected, the pace is a lot more than I'm used to but I think that this is my speed. I'm more a big city kinda guy . . . I've repressed my inner New York for so long, I embrace it daily.

Name this tune, "Like the coldest winter chill . . . hell within." Knowing the artist and title got me a pair of tickets to see this man:



That's right dear readers, I won tickets to see the man I saw in July. MORRISSEY!!! Darned tootin' I'm stoked!

Speaking of stoked, LET'S GO YANKEES!!! Clinched the AL Wild Card yesterday. Here's hoping they don't get eliminated immediately like last year because that would really suck.

Did you watch the alleged Meg White sex clip? It isn't her . . .

Did you watch "Grey's Anatomy" tonight? Yes, I watch it. And I'm sure you're guilty of it too. I like the direction this season's taking already. I love my DVR--because of it I've got hours of TV to catch up on: "Bionic Woman," "Californication," "Journeyman" and "K-Ville." By the way, is "K-Ville" any good? "Dexter" comes back this Sunday! That'll be awesome.
