I took Whodovoodoowedo out for one last hoorah today. Friday he leaves for the military refresher and then from there he ships out to Iraq.

I think the diet and the 5htp are working.

I have gone from 186 to 180 and I am still dropping, it's going slow but it's going. (I hope to get to 150 before August, my birthday)
