I'm going to El Museo del Barrio tomorrow, to get some information for a research paper I'm writing that deals with Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. I'm actually really excited, because I just found out this afternoon, that the museum is running an exhibit where both Kahlo and Rivera have pieces. It's only going to be there until the 25th. I'll be very happy to see a painting by Frida Kahlo with my own eyes.
Speaking of art, I took a few pictures of things I had drawn back in high school and my first year of college.

Of course I wanna hang out! Are u in the SGNY group? I know they throw weekly events and I planned on hitting a few of them that way I can meet all of the sgny ppl all at one time, insteas of planning with each individual person, that could get rather chaotic. If not, then maybe u could join it??? I plan on going to the museums like MOMA and guggenheim while Imthere .. if ur interested in hanging out but just dont wanna attend the events, maybe u can come too the museums?? email me ur number! ~muah~
