...so i made it down to wellington, although the train ride here was pretty excruciatingly painful and sleepless due to lack of beers to numb into a slumber in an horribly uncomfortable position on the chair!...although it did snow on the way down as i was deep inside 'Welcome to the Monkeyhouse' by the Dandy Warhols...was such a surreal beautiful experience, i felt like i was in an enchanted dream, the excitement and wonder of a little kid 
...im having an absolute ball down here, im loving every second of it...i can't believe how funky and arty this town is, and the abundance of cool, alternative people and mouth-watering array of fine foods.....mmmmm, ive eaten out every nite and erm, breakfast and lunch, its great, i love food so much...i think i mite head to this Italian pizza joint on Cuba tonite
...so what have i been doing? hmmm watching lots of short films!!...my film went down really well, i wasn't even that nervous, which was suprising, i just figured, hey, its my big chance to be proud of what i love to do....it looked really cool up on the big screen and i got such a good reaction, i couldn't believe it, it was kinda weird talking with a microphone in front of a whole theatre of people!!, but kinda rad at the same time...and i got some really inspiring comments which i just amazin, my believe in myself and my film endeavours is so good right now!
...the theatre they are showing them in is so cool, like an avant-garde type retro place with red leather seats...totally my scene!...the other films have been really good, some hardout dramas, interesting and perplexingly weird documentaries one about Pylons, those massive grey towers that hold the power-lines, which was so fuckn interesting! and some really out-of-it surreal experimental stuff, those are my favourite screenings, hehehe.
...i love Cuba street, its amazing, i feel like in in another reality completely, just got such an arty, creative love-life type vibe...i spent the entire morning today shopping in like three stores, an amzn record store and some second-hand bookstores, found some gems!!...
...met some really cool people at the festival, its such a cool feeling being around people that share the same passion as me...i could so live down here in a cheap place with like-minded people, i think i would get so much creative stuff done! and there is so much cool music happening!....the place i am staying at is rad, im stayn with one of my brothers cooler mates, who lives with this chick who executive officer of this politic leader of the Green party (who have the best polices of them all and want to legalise the beautiful herb..the rest smell like poos!).. crazy, she is such a cool chick, makes some amazn vegetarian dishes!!..and of course being a member of the Green party, has some amazn buds...i got stoned on the roof of their apartment complex last night, and was like WOW im so high, felt like i was tripping even...think its just a combination of amazn buds and more that this city is just so beautiful that it is almost impossible to express in cyber-writing...
well i better get going, get me some food and just chill tonite i think, go for a drink and do some writing and get some much needed sleep to charge up for another magical day of films, food, coffee's, and exploration
