I'm never starting a new instrument for college credit again. Sticking to a primary for my major, and I'll learn the rest outside of a grading system.

My penchant for...over-enthusiasm is balanced by my anxiety. I found Anne's contact information, and later that week most of it disappeared. I have a sinking feeling that it was related to my announced search, and so I didn't pursue it.

Shrug and sigh, shrug and sigh.

I hate driving. I got into another accident. Not nearly as bad, but right now my record would seem completely at odds with my hopes that I am a good driver. I'm not sure I can continue to afford the privilege, but living where I am I have no other option. I need a city with public transit. I'll add it to the list of desires along with sleep and a host of other things.

Graduation for me is all about sticking it to the Chancellor. I can't wait til the day he has to stand up there and read out the title to my thesis in his pompous, right-wing plum tones. In fact, I'm planning on giving it a really crass name just to hear the fucker say "Fags and Muff Divers on the Street and in the Sheets" or something equally gay. Hmm... maybe I can get the "cunt" in there too, somehow... biggrin

Correct on the hamster character profile. And I'd put most kinds of caged birds in there, too. We don't use "beady eyed" as an insult for humans without precedent. Looking a budgie in the eye gives me the jeebs.

Had a parakeet when I was young that was actually really nice, but diabetes and a couple trips to the pet hospital left him very afraid of humans.... frown
