why is it when you have a professional high, you get a personal low? I just don't get it. I know they shouldn't go hand in hand but, what's up with that?

Our bongocero is from Ponce'. He cooks tostones, empanadas, arroz con pollo, pollo guisado, etc.. all the time for our rehearsals...
