the same girl back to back? It's certainly not in the models best interest unless there is a significant difference in the sets. I'm told by a girl to whom this happened that SG can't control when a set is posted. That's complete bollocks if you ask me. Especially when the queue is 3 months or more.

Its more of a want to show others you can be beautiful is why sg's do what they do, they want to be sexy and desired and see how others view them, contract and policy are two very different things, a contract is a signed agreement between two or more persons about rights, policies are what you agree to when u use the site, when u use fb u agree to let them use any pic you post, if the feel they want to its a policy you agree to, if I agree to sell my car to you I make a contract stating I sold it for do much, if its broken and I said as is its your broken car, if my policy is to not refund any money because I know it was broken theres nothing you can do about it because the contract states sold as is, if that helps you understand, I'm not picking a fight I'm jus trying to refrase things

I appreciate your response and I am totally in agreement about contracts...offer, acceptance, consideration...completely understood. But lets take the example of the car. I sell you a car at a fair price thinking that it was in good working order. The price reflects a car in "good" condition. However, 2 days after it's sold you come to me and tell me that the car had a blown head gasket when I sold it to you. I can do one of 2 things, I can say sorry, you buy a used car at your own risk, too bad so sad. Or, I could say I'm sorry, I thought that it was in good working order and I represented that to you, I understand that you have limited means and need transportation to get to work. I understand that it would be a hardship to not have a car and be out the money. I have plenty of other cars for sale and I will take the bad car back in exchange for another. That would be the right thing to do. That would be the compassionate thing to do. Do I have to? No...Can I? I certainly can. Likewise, if a girl submits a set, agrees to SG's rules, and her set is put in the queue scheduled to be posted in 3 or 4 months, and after the first month she has a change of heart. Let's say that there's the chance that if someone saw these pictures it would severely disrupt her life in some way. Let's say that her work situation changed or her relationship situation changed such that she didn't want to take the risk of exposing herself out on the internet for all to see. Doing so could potentially be devastating to her or those she loves. She could go to SG, explain her circumstances and they could say simply say...we understand. We don't want to ruin anyone's life, a lot can happen in 3 months, so we will let you out of your contract. That would be reasonable. Both parties to the contract agree to end it. End of story, no one is hurt. There are so many girls who are willing to shoot naked pictures of themselves for free, which is what they do for SG, that making an exception once in a while will not in anyway disrupt their business.
