damn... so yesterday i did my regular routine of doing some intense cardio. felt good. came home after work and i guess i didnt do enough so i decided to hit up another round of the cardio. not the best idea. my legs are now sore as hell and im dead tired. took the day off from working out. fuck that... way too tired. on a side note... i've been jamming to an old favorite album of mine a lot recently. alias - the other side of the looking glass. i think its kinda funny that this is now old and the album came out around 2001. time flies i guess. well... now its time for some rest.
