That's great. My friend's band Sky Eats Airplane ( from when I lived in Arlington, TX. ) is being advertised on suicide girls as I write this. It's amazing. I can't wait till their cd comes out and they explode. biggrin

Hate midnights...though it does make me a cheap drunk once it's over with.

Yeah i work at Rock 106.1. I'm the Program Director and I do afternoon drive (3-7pm) on the air. We play basically new rock/rock/"alternative" stuff. I personally think its a cool little station. I've been here for 6 months. I am from Massachusetts and have worked at stations there, in New York City, and I moved here after working at a station in Dayton, Ohio for 5+ years.

I am still trying to find the good clubs and such. I've got a 15 month-old son, so its a bit tricky to get out, ya know? If you are going to be downtown Friday for St. Pats, you should come and say hi. I am going to be broadcasting at Wild WIng Cafe in City Market (right near the big crane and hole in the ground) all day. I'll be on air from 6am-10am, then I'll be in the parade, but I will be back when the parade's over and broadcasting until 7pm. My 'radio name' is Boomer. Stop by if you can!
