Tip #1

Don't freak out. Freaking out is always the enemy in any crisis situation (fear is the mind killer, anyone?)

So now that you're not freaking out let's state some likelihoods.

-you're likely to catch covid 19 at some point. All this social distancing is about making sure everyone doesn't get it all at once. But you're probably going to get it.

-most likely covid 19 isn't going to be that bad for you. You're probably not going to go to the hospital you're almost certainly not going to die. These precautions aren't about protecting you, they're about protecting old folks and sick folks who might die.

So just breath, support your friends and loved ones, and take reasonable precautions to protect yourself and others.

xoxo - sexy nurse joseph

It is such a hard time for people with preexisting diseases, anxiety disorders, and for the elderly. That really sucks and I am so sorry for them... But there are things you can do to stay safe: Stay at home, wash your hands, try to keep calm. Don't watch too many news, rather read a good book or listen to some music that makes you happy. I know it's not much, but it's something. Keeping my fingers crossed and sending love to all of you! And @josephtoo : Great blog post, thanks for sharing! 💜

@oldernow @josephtoo I've been pretty adamant about not going out and have been avoiding people like the plague....hehehe Too soon?😆 The crappy part is that my wife is a pharmacist and has to go to the pharmacy which means more exposure to people. She's always been really good about constantly using hand sanitizer, long before this virus was ever a thing. I try to look at it from both sides. As much as I'm trying to avoid getting it, I'd hate to not know I have it and give it to someone else so I'm going to continue staying in as much as humanly possible. Luckily for me I'm not a big fan of going out and unless I'm working in the shop, I'm in the house watching cartoons so it's really not bad staying away from public places. I actually enjoy the isolation.🤷‍♂️
