sorry to hear about your drunk friend. i have a friend who became impossible to be around for a while because all he did was drink. it was sad to watch him in his downward spiral. luckily for him, he had some sort of epiphany before he hit rock bottom... and he's doing much better now.

So, today didn't suck. I just hung out at home (what else is new?), but I exercised a lot today.
