oh, october is a great time to go...that's usually when we go. i hear ya on price!...i'd say they are both copmparable when it comes to the cost of most things tho....staying in a condo can save you money too....if you want any info on either island, email me....i love to help with stuff like that. i prefer kaua'i over maui just because it hasn't been taken over by the fast paced mainland attitude...but..on the otherhand, there's not much to do in kaua'i if you're looking for nightlife...it's more for veggin' on the beach, hiking etc...but like i said, if you want info, email me.

I saw the Pixies two days ago in Eugene, Oregon. Damn, that show was so damn good. It was amazing to see all four of them on stage together. I had to drive 4 hrs. to get there, but it was completely worth it. They rawked my ass!!!!!
