Hey everyone, I'm back from Lake Tahoe. I hung out on the beach and I won some money at the casino, so it was a good trip.
In case anyone was wondering those lyrics I posted were from the song "Head On" by Jesus and Mary Chain. The Pixies did an awesome version of it though, that's my favorite one. Anyways, it wasn't supposed to be cryptic, it was meant to be joyous!! (well, joyous in that subversive Pixies way at least...hehe) Listen to the song, you'll see.
Ok, the Wednesday before I left was such a great day I couldn't put it in words, so I used lyrics =) That morning my band rehearsed, we sounded really good, all afternoon I hung out with this amazing girl. I'll talk more about that later, luckly she won't read this (it's nothing like that, we just hung out, get your head out of the gutter!) then that night I met Chuck Palahniuk. I was smiling all weekend!!
