September. Time to move on. Time to get back to school, or back to work, or back to whatever it is one does. For me, its getting back to life. Pulling myself out from underneath a huge depression. Heres the treatment plan:
Do some writing and/or theater work every day.
Do yoga three times a week.
Check in on my ailing Dad thrice a week.
Work out twice a week.
Read a book a week.
Go to a show (of some description) with friends every week.
Dance wildly at least once a week.
Have a meal with friends once a week.
Get out of town every week.
Oh, yeah, and sex as often as possible...
So take that, you malformed limbic system, you! I may never repair my neurotransmitters completely, but I can get my ass out of the devils workshop! Fun's a' wastin'! Hope everyone has a great Fall. More news as it happens
