I agree, it seems far harder to motivate yourself in the evenings, I always find it easier to work when I know the majority of other people are at work! It's definitely easier to drag yourself to work on autopilot in the mornings too, otherwise you sit around thinking about it too much.
i totaly just fitted into my first pair of size 10 jeans this has made me a very happy bunny as it is something ive been working towards for ages and right now i jyst feel so damn good about myself
