ok so I just read my profile and decided it was way too far out. I guess I was going for humor/sarcasm, but.... yah.

On a lighter note, then, I had a pretty good day. it kinda helped that I received a rather large check after cashing in some items my dad had been holding for me (my fam is kinda weird about money... my Dad bought these gold/silver collector's coins that I'll wager he knew nil about when buying them... on trying to sell them now, after sitting in a safe for 10+ years, they're worth half what he paid for em. It's weird how he's like blase like that about investments but totally frugal with the day-to-day stuff).
Also cause for relief today was finding a replacement stereo for my car (it's only been months since it blew...guess I too tend toward the uber-frugal =/ ). Ran into trouble after buying a non-Nissan (my car) stereo, cause I couldn't find the darn wiring diagram!!! (though---go fig--- walmart sells the converters to do it =/ ) Anyhow... one of the wrecking yards in town thankfully had a replacement for $45. whadda deal =D
Also, I decided to stay in the Springs for now and finish my whole fix-up/rental plan. It's what I've been doing. Though I'd like to live somewhere less Republican, I don't have much of a plan except moving somewhere warm and coastal =/.
Did I mention that the check was 5-digits?
