What a lovely gesture to get that band. What might you do with it, you think? Wear it as a necklace? Make something artistic out of it? Or perhaps just keep it as a kind of "treasure" somewhere. How touching. I love stories like these - I have little things my Mom gave me from my grandparents, similarly, that I keep in a little velvet box.

Ya know I've never been to AZ. I have been to New Mexico though. I'm just staying at my house for the holiday. My mom may come, but she's being difficult, so it may just be me and the mini me.
