It's depessing to think about the money I spent saurday night. Drinks and food came to about $90. The previous friday night I spent about $80. Going out has been a nice but costly distraction to my seperation/ divorce.
Very sorry to hear that two of my favorite SG girls are sick.

Go out and rent Shaun of the Dead, Anchor Man or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. All 3= very good!
In Good Company was painful and hardly watchable despite Scarlet Johansen. A friend and I walked out after the first 30 minutes. Lets hear it for free passes. Biggest let down since Igby Goes Down. I cared nothing for the characters at all.

A Kaoss pad is a cool little box you can run sounds through... records, tv, whatever. It has a bunch of effects, all of which are controlled by dragging a finger around on a little pad on top of the box, kinda like a trackpad on a laptop. You can do short samples, and all kinds of echoes, flanges and distortions. Fun as heck. Made by Korg. They have a 2nd generation one out now with more effects, as well as a video effects pad.
