Cheezy review;
"Commercial imagery has never been a part of my journey. In the past few years of my photography career I have found that the driving force behind my lens has led me to a place of humble serenity; to a knowing that the interest was pure and real. This force was in the magic of film - Medium format film - and the sound of a real shutter curtain closing and the clunk of the mirror against the heavy armored body; the sound of a PENTAX 6/7 or MAMIA RZ.
Digital photography has taken over and I feel a sense of loss for the real days of analogue and the essence of capturing light in its purest form.
In the rush to live life in the fast lane and its pressure to produce deadlines when time as a whole moves at a mad pace, I think back to the days of art being respected as a patient procedure. Time was not the boss: only good old God's light and a photographer's keen respect for it could determine the end of the shoot."
