Okay, check out the Janet Apts. at 4145 Magnoila. I don't know if they take pets, but I do know they're in the $425-$475 range.

Also, our building is right next door, 4133-4143 Magnolia Ave. The rents are a little higher, around 540-590, I think, but water and gas is included with that, so it's not bad. you can see our landlord's website @ S.F. Shannon Prop Mgmt.. They're pretty cool, and the lease is month to month, no commitment. there's a $300 deposit, but you get that back if you stay with em a year.

well, the sucky thing is, there is no way to get away from this kind of this as long as your living in the city. i wanted to move to the CWE, until I found out there is high crime there. Even the nie neighborhoods have high crime in st louis. I think its the nature of the beast.

The suburbs obviously still have some crime, but not as much Im sure.

Nope - I ditched the TV a few years ago when I moved. I now live in a place that offers so much to do, it would seem sill to sin in front of the tube. Although, I do enjoy a good movie - Thank goodness for computers with DVD players. I'll send another message with the names.

Where do you take the pole dancing classes? There are classes at Floored on Grand that I want to take so badly, but I am kind of afraid to go by myself. It sounds like you really enjoy the classes, though, so maybe I will give it a try as well. And the pole burns...those are a sign of a dedicated person. Have fun with the classes.
