Tonight I've had a bit of what I've been needing.

Started out feeling ill from last night, listless and not wanting to do anything. My goal for the day was to lounge around in my comfy clothes and relax and do nothing. Until I got a call from my friend Brian reminding me that I had made plans to hang out.
I really wasn't feeling it but didn't want to blow anyone off so I went out anyway to go find something to do. My choice.
I felt like hanging out in the park, walking around the fountains and trying to have the relaxing day I'd planned. So we headed to the park and found out that the Art Museum was open 'til 9 on fridays!
So very relaxing and good to walk around. I had been meaning to go for a long time.
And just my luck as we go to leave it's a downpour. I say fuck it and let's head out anyway and got the biggest surprise. WARM SUMMER RAIN! It felt amazing and lifted my mood so much I daned and pranced and ran around in it for 30 minutes til I was soaked. Since it was so nice I ended up at Turtle park and then home.
It's been an odd night, but I feel much renewed.

Now I'm home and all the boys are trashed and about to roll up to the bars, I'm goin to stay in and take a nice hot shower.
